With a degree in Architecture and nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built my career on a deep understanding of how great structures and great businesses are created.

My journey began with founding my own construction company, driven by a genuine passion for the craft and the people behind it. Along the way, I met many talented business owners ready to move on from their companies but eager to see their legacy continue. That’s when the vision for NextGen Ventures was born.

Combining my background in business development, leadership, and growth strategy, I focus on acquiring well established construction firms and guiding them into their next chapter. Preserving their teams, culture, and reputation. My goal is always to strengthen what’s already working, implementing only the changes that bring lasting value.
